Welcome to the 67 Classic VRC Tournament!
Power will be available but it's encouraged that each team brings their own power cords/strips.
There will be a maximum of (3) driver and (3) autonomous skills runs per team.
Payment should be made online before December 4, 2026. Please email [email protected] if payments will be made by check on the day of the event. Teams that have not paid or have not notified the EP about payment by this date may be wait-listed. If the tournament is canceled for any reason, coaches/mentors will be emailed by 6 pm the day prior to the event. Please see the refund policy regarding event registration reimbursement.
*** Please be aware that this event will use the Smart Field Control sets. Each team is responsible for ensuring their team number is on their brain prior to the event.*** Please check the Documents section to complete these steps.

** Times for tournament schedule are subject to change on the day of the event. **
Registration and inspection: 7:30 - 9:00 am.
Drivers Meeting will be at 9:15 am.
Quals will start at 9:30 am.
Lunch: 11:45 am. - 12:30 pm.
- It's highly recommended that your team check the local restaurants and pre-order a couple of days in advance to avoid delays on orders.
Alliance Selection: 3:30 pm
Awards: 4:30 - 5:00 pm
Judging Format
Judging Format Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges at check-in. No digital notebooks will be accepted.

Emergency/Bad-Weather Policy
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy If local area weather is bad enough to warrant a tournament cancellation, an email will be sent to the coaches/contacts of registered teams by 6 PM the day before the tournament (Dec 4, 2026). Please make sure your team's contact information is accurate !
