Judging Format
Judging Format Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

Emergency/Bad-Weather Policy
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy In the event of bad weather, participants should use their discretion to attend or not. If an event is cancelled and we are not able to reschedule the event, we will refund your tournament fee minus the $5, which is paid to RECF on registration.
