Volunteer
Volunteer It takes a great group of volunteers to give students a smooth competition day, and we would love your help at the Trailblazer V5 Showdown. We are looking for adults to help with judging, queuing, team check-in, inspection, scorekeeping, and other event operations. Some roles require advance training or certification; other roles are a good fit for first-time volunteers. Full-day help is especially valuable, but please let us know if you are available for only part of the day. If you would like to volunteer, please contact the Event Partner through the contact information on this listing and tell us which roles interest you and when you are available.
Emergency/Bad-Weather Policy
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy The safety of students, volunteers, and guests comes first. If severe weather or another emergency affects the event, the Event Partner will coordinate with the venue and provide updates through this event page and email to registered teams when available. Please check the event page and your registration email before traveling if conditions may affect the schedule. Follow directions from event staff and venue personnel while on campus.
